Witches Brew, Spooky Soup and Pumpkin Pie For Halloween

Witches Brew
Witches brew is a favorite drink in Halloween parties. To make Witches Brew, you need two cans of pineapple juice, one can of purple grape juice, one can of soda, pineapple, grapes and apple slices. Mix all the juices and soda. Add the grapes, apple and pineapple slices. To create an eerie feeling cut the apple and pineapple slices in the shape of teeth.

Spooky Soup
To make this soup, you need 8 chicken wings, 4 chicken necks, 8 ribs of lamb, four large tomatoes, two large onions, five to six cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of dry basil, one teaspoon of oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the tomatoes and onions. In a pot, add about two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and fry for about five to ten seconds, until the onions and garlic become soft. Add the ginger paste and fry for about five seconds. Add the tomato slices and stir the ingredients for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add the chicken wings, chicken neck and the lamb ribs to the pot. Stir the ingredients for a few seconds. Add about six to eight cups of water.

Pumpkin pie
Your Halloween spread will remain incomplete without pumpkin dish. To make pumpkin pie you need a cup of pumpkin slices, one cup of granulated sugar, two cups of milk, two eggs, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon powdered ginger, ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder and a pinch of salt.

Boil the pumpkin slices, until they become soft. Mash the pumpkin slices to form a smooth paste. Heat the milk in a pan. Add the mashed pumpkin to the milk. Now add sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add it to the milk and pumpkin mixture. Stir the ingredients well. When the milk evaporates, remove the pan from the fire.

Place a pre-made pie crust on a baking tray. Pour the pumpkin mixture on the pie crust. In a preheated oven, bake the pumpkin pie for about 40 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit temperature.
