Strawberry dessert



This is a simple strawberry dessert recipe, which even kids can make. To make this dessert you need three cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, six tablespoons of caster sugar, ¾ cup of whipped cream and half a cup of chocolate sauce.

Method of preparation



Slice the strawberries. In a bowl, add the strawberries and two tablespoons of sugar. Blend the ingredients and place the bowl in refrigerator for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Put some ice cubes in a large bowl. Now place a smaller bowl in the bowl containing ice and pour the cream in the small bowl. Whisk the cream for about five to ten minutes.

Add the remaining sugar to the cream and continue whipping for about ten minutes. Take a glass, and add half a cup of the chilled strawberry slices to form a bottom layer of strawberries. Add two tablespoons of chocolate sauce on top of the strawberries. Now add a tablespoon of cream on top of the chocolate layer. Add half a cup of sliced strawberries on top of the glass. Add a dollop of cream on top of the strawberry layer. Your strawberry dessert is now ready.




Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients

One cup of fresh strawberries
One cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of butter
1 1/4 cup of sugar
One cup of cream cheese
Two tablespoons of cream
Two eggs
One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method of preparation

Making the crust

In a pan, melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the molten butter and a quarter cup of sugar. Place the crust on a greased baking tray.

Preparing the filling

In a bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar. Blend the ingredients well. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract and cream and mix the ingredients to make a smooth paste. Pour the filling over the crust. In a preheated oven, bake the cheesecake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool. Once the cheesecake acquires room temperature, refrigerate it for at least five hours. Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator and add a layer of strawberry slices on top of the cake.
