A punch is something cool that can be served after having meals. It will be an excellent drink in summer. The following steps may help you to make different types of punch.
Pineapple and Pomegranate Punch
In order to have a better taste you can use ginger for your punch. For this take fresh ginger and clean it very well to avoid the traces of mud. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. Get half cup of chopped ginger and add it to a sauce pan. Add half cup of sugar in to this pan and pour one and a half cups of water. Mix the entire contents well and heat it in medium flame till the sugar gets dissolved. There after bring the mixture to boil and allow the mixture to boil for 20 minutes in low flame. Keep the mixture for cooling and strain the liquid from the pan.
Mean while make juice from pomegranate seeds and make four cups of pomegranate juice. Similarly take four cups of pineapple juice too. Then add the strained ginger flavored liquid in to six cups of normal soda and this is called ginger ale. Mix this ginger ale with pomegranate and pineapple juices taken in a big jar and combine the entire mixture very well. You will get eight servings from this mixture.

Cranberry and lemonade Punch
Take a large pitcher and to this add one can of pink lemonade concentrate and four cups of white cranberry juice cocktail. Combine the mixtures well and keep it in refrigerator for about one hour or for a day. Then pour one quart chilled club soda. This will give you 9 cups of punch. Garnish your punch with fresh mint springs. Instead of club soda you can also use ginger ale. If you want to add more punch then use 750 ml or one bottle of sparkling wine or champagne along with Â¼ cup of orange liqueur instead of club soda.
You can even serve these punches for your parties.
