Items for this preparation include half-teaspoon salt, one tablespoon brown vinegar, 200 ml water, one cup of tomato sauce, half teaspoon cooking oil, ten finely chopped garlic cloves, one cube grated cheese, ten crushed peppercorns, two tablespoons olive oil and half a packet of spaghetti.
Allow the spaghetti to boil for about 12 minutes. Remove the water.
Put the spaghetti in a colander and mix few olive oil drops.
Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat it with a medium flame. Stir till it turns brown after adding the chopped garlic.
Now mix the boiled spaghetti and stir it.
Cook it on a low flame after adding tomato sauce. Make sure that the sauce is dried up. Now mix crushed peppercorns and salt for taste. Now top it with grated cheese and serve.
Items for this preparation include one tablespoon of oil, one large bunch of palak (spinach) leaves, one teaspoon of cumin seeds, one medium sized chopped onion, four green chillies, sliced cashew nuts, one teaspoon of coriander powder, three table spoons of dessicated coconut, half a cup of rice, two tablespoons of coriander leaves (chopped) and salt for taste.
Pour three cups of water either in an electric or pressure cooker and add rice.
Make the spinach mixture while the water is boiling. Keep aside the chopped spinach.
Use the mixer to prepare a paste of green chillies, turmeric, coriander leaves, coconut, coriander powder and onions.
Take a deep frying pan, add some oil and heat it. Now add cumin seeds and toast. Now make a paste and allow it to fry for about 3 minutes.
Put the lid after adding spinach (chopped). Now cook it for over 5 minutes. Add more water based on the need. Make sure that rice is cooked. Stir it well after adding salt. Sprinkle cashew nuts on it and mix after turning off the stove.
Spinach rice is ready to serve.
