Fruit salad with chocolate sauce
Fruits salads are nutritious, colorful and delectable. Moreover, they are easy to make.

One apple
One banana
½ cup of grapes
One tablespoon of raisins
One orange
Two tablespoons of chocolate sauce
½ cups of desiccated coconut
One tablespoon of whipped cream

Preparation method
Slice the apple and bananas into small pieces. Mix all the fruits in a bowl. Make sure that no seeds remain in the fruit salad. Add the chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and mix the ingredients well. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top of the fruit salad. Fruit salad with chocolate sauce is now ready for your child to savor.

Vegetable pasta with white sauce
Feeding toddlers vegetables is not an easy job. Your child might find this pasta recipe palatable.

½ cup of carrots, diced into small cubes
¼ cup of red and yellow bell peppers, deseeded and cut into small cubes
¼ cup of shredded cabbage
½ cup of boiled peas
One medium sized onion, finely sliced
One tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
One tablespoon of flour
One tablespoon of butter
Ten tablespoons of milk
Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
One packet of pasta
Salt to taste

Method of preparation
Boil the pasta and keep it aside. To prepare the white sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and fry it in the butter for a few seconds. Now turn off the heat, and add the milk. Stir for a few seconds.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and fry until the onion becomes translucent. Now add the carrot, bell peppers, cabbage and peas. Fry the ingredients for two to three minutes. Now add the white sauce. Blend the sauce with the vegetables. Now add the boiled pasta and mix the ingredients. Add salt. Remove the pasta from the fire. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
