Exercise: Exercise is the best way to lose weight. If you are determined to reduce your weight, you have to wake up early in the morning and do exercise for at least half an hour. Also try to walk more because walking is a very good exercise for the entire body. If can’t do that in the morning, do it in the evening. However make sure to exercise everyday as a routine and not for only one single day.

Drink enough water:
Drinking lots of water can also help you shed some pounds. Try to drink minimum 3 liters of water everyday. It will keep you hydrated and will also reduce your weight by flushing out all the toxic materials from your body through urine and sweat.



Sleep less: It is necessary to get enough sleep for the well being of your health. But too much sleep can also be harmful as it can lead you to gain some extra weight. If you are at home, try not to sleep in the afternoon. Engage yourself in some activities and be busy, but don’t fall asleep. Sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours at night is enough for an adult person.
