Raw Food Vegetable Burger
Ingredients
Two large carrots
One cup of diced cabbage
One large stalk of broccoli
One red pepper
Three large onions
Five to six cloves of garlic
½ cup of almond
½ cup of sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon of fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon of fresh basil



Method of preparation
Cut the carrots and broccoli into small pieces. Soak the almond and sesame seeds overnight. Slice the onions. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend the ingredients well to form a smooth paste. Shape the mixture like patties. The patties should be less than ½-inch thick. Arrange the patties on a Teflon sheet and place them in a dehydrator. Keep the patties in the dehydrator for about twelve hours at a temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. While dehydrating, turn over the patties after six hours. At the end of the 12-hour long cooking period, your raw food vegetable burger will be ready.

Raw food diet vegetable pizza



To make the crust
Ingredients
One cup of flaxseed
One cup of buckwheat or wheat
One cup of carrot pulp
Some fresh basil leaves
Two cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation
Soak the flaxseed and buckwheat in water for at least 24 hours. Now put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend the ingredients well to form a smooth paste. Spread the paste on a Teflon sheet and gently shape it in the form of a circle. Place the tray in the dehydrator at 105 degrees Fahrenheit. It would take about 20 hours to dehydrate the crust. Turn over the crust after about 10 hours,




Sauce and the topping
To prepare the pizza sauce blend four tomatoes, two cloves of garlic, half teaspoon of ginger, 5 to 6 basil leaves, ½ teaspoon of parsley and ½ cup of chopped bell pepper in a blender.

Spread the sauce over the dehydrated pizza crust. Top it with onion rings, olives, mushrooms, and slices of tomatoes and bell peppers. Sprinkle dried herbs.
