Ingredients:
500 grams of Chicken, skinless and boneless and cut into medium pieces
3 tbsp of Soya sauce
2 tbsp of Honey
2 tbsp of White Vinegar
2 tsp of Ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp of Garlic paste
1/2 tbsp of Red chili sauce
2 tbsp of cooking Oil
1/2 tsp of a mixture of cardamom, cloves and cinnamon
1 tsp of Pepper
3 tsp of White sesame seeds

For the Red chili Sauce



8-10 dried Red chilies
1/2 cup of Water
1 large clove of Garlic
2 whole Cloves, crushed
2 Black peppercorns, crushed
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Olive oil

Method:




Red chili Sauce
Cut open the chilies and remove the seeds. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the dried chilies to it. Press them down and leave for a few seconds before turning them over and repeating the process. Now put them in a pan and add some water to it. Bring to a boil before removing from heat. Now let it sit for 10 minutes and then take out the chilies and put them in a blender with the garlic, salt, ground pepper, ground cloves, and the water. Puree to a smooth paste.

Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly under running water. Pat dry. Keep aside in a bowl. Take a large bowl and in it take the Soya sauce, the ginger and garlic paste, the honey, pepper, vinegar, red chili sauce and oil and stir until till they are well blended. Now coat the chicken pieces with this blend of spices and transfer the bowl to the refrigerator. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours or overnight (if you want it that way), turning them occasionally in between. After the stipulated time take the bowl out of the refrigerator and drain the chicken pieces. Keep the mixture aside. Put the chicken pieces on a glass or ceramic platter and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the sesame seeds all over it. Set the platter in the microwave and cook on high, uncovered, for 5 minutes in the microwave.

After 5 minutes turn the pieces over with the help of a fork and brush the remaining mixture on the chicken pieces. Sprinkle the remaining of the sesame seeds all over and cook on high for another 5-6 minutes. Let the chicken stand for another 5 minutes before taking it out from the microwave. Serve immediately.
