It is now official that Nokia 5530XpressMusic will be launched in the third quarter of 2009, at a price, which the middle tier customers can well afford.

This latest Nokia XpressMusic phone features a 2.9-inch touchscreen display. The home screen is designed to provide instant access to communication options as well as communication history. The unique user interface of Nokia, incorporated in this device will provide apps shortcuts, contacts bar and mini music player right on the home screen. You can get in touch with any twenty persons from your contact list directly from the home screen.
After Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia N97, Nokia 5530 XpressMusic will be the third Nokia phone to run on the S60 5th Edition platform. This phone will also have a 3.2-megapixel camera with auto focus and LED flash, FM radio, and 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speaker with surround sound, Bluetooth and accelerometer. With the help of a memory card, which will be packed with the phone, you can expand the storage space of the phone up to 4GB.
Users can access Nokia Music store to download songs of their choice to this music centric phone. There is option to sync Nokia 5530 XpressMusic with Nokia Music for PC via HiSpeed USB 2.0. This latest XpressMusic phone supports WiFi and EDGE connectivity. It will run on quad band GSM network.
Nokia 5530XpressMusic measures 104mm x 49mm x 13mm and weighs 107grams. You can choose your phone from a range of five different color combinations – white and yellow, white and blue, white and pink, black and red and black and gray.
However, Nokia 5530XpressMusic lacks GPS and 3G.
