Macaroni salads are one among the most delicious salads. You can use macaroni for making different types of salads. Here are some of the most preferred macaroni salad recipes for you.



Macaroni Pineapple Salad

Get a small box of macaroni and cook it till it becomes soft. Then drain the excess water and keep the macaroni for cooling. Take a cup of pineapple sliced in to small pieces in a large bowl and to this add 2/3 cup of mayonnaise, one and a half teaspoon salt. One cup fruit cocktail, quarter cup of grated cheese, half cup chopped nuts and one teaspoon pepper powder.



Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside.

Take a red pepper and slice them beautifully. Now arrange the sliced red pepper at the bottom of a mold used for setting the salad. Mix the pineapple slices mixture with macaroni and transfers it in to the mold. Keep the mold in a refrigerator for one hour. After an hour the salad will be ready to serve. Now you can serve the salad.




Macaroni Egg Salad

For making macaroni egg salad you need hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and chopped vegetables. Get a pack of macaroni and cook it in excess water. Then drain the excess water and keep the macaroni aside. Take two hard boiled eggs and chop them. Now you need vegetables and for this take quarter cup each of chopped celery and onion in a large bowl and to this add the chopped eggs, half cup mayonnaise, two teaspoon sugar, two teaspoon vinegar, half teaspoon salt and half teaspoon mustard sauce. You can also add powdered pepper in to this mixture and mix them well. Now mix the vegetable and egg mixture with macaroni and keep them inside a refrigerator for cooling. Now your macaroni egg salad is ready to serve.

Macaroni Tuna Salad

Get a can of white tuna, two ribs of chopped celery, one and half cups of frozen carrots and peas, half teaspoon dried thyme, half cup mayonnaise and three cups of cooked macaroni. The macaroni must be chilled otherwise it may spoil your salad. Now mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and keep it in a refrigerator for cooling. Now you can serve your salad garnished with tarragon and lettuce.
