Leftover mashed potato



Ingredients

Three cups of leftover mashed potato
Two beaten eggs
One large sized onion, finely chopped
Three cloves of garlic, finely minced
Two tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Four tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil
One teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
One teaspoon of chopped parsley
Salt to taste



Method of preparation

In a large bowl, add the mashed potato, chopped onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix the ingredients well. Take small portions of the mixture and shape it like a patty. Dip the patty in whisked egg and fry it in vegetable oil.




Leftover chicken recipe

Ingredient

Two cups of leftover chicken
Two onions, finely chopped
Three cloves of garlic, minced
Three tablespoons of vegetable oil
½ cup of coconut cream
½ teaspoon of thyme
One teaspoon of black pepper
Four cups of cooked noodles

Method of preparation

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil. When the oil becomes hot, add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until the onion becomes translucent. Now add the chicken and cooked noodles and stir the ingredients for about three to four minutes. Sprinkle thyme and pepper and pour coconut cream. Stir the ingredients for a minute and your noodle with chicken is ready.

Leftover salmon recipe

Ingredients

Two leftover salmon fillets
One teaspoon of fish sauce
One egg, lightly beaten
One tablespoon of corn flour
One teaspoon of black pepper
10 wanton wrappers

Method of preparation

Put the left over salmon in a meat grinder or food processor and make a smooth paste. In a bowl add the salmon, corn flour, fish sauce and black pepper and blend the ingredients. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and place it at the center of the wanton wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal its edges with beaten egg. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for about ten minutes.
