Also add one teaspoon cumin powder and mix them well with garlic and cook for another 5 minutes or till the chicken turns its color and so the onions becomes soft. To this mixture add one cup water and 1 14 oz can chicken broth, 1 15 oz diced tomatoes with out draining and 1 15 oz can undrained stewed tomatoes of Mexican style.

Now boil the entire contents for about 10 minutes in low flame. You can garnish the soup with shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, crushed baked tortilla chips and diced cilantro. Your low calorie chicken soup of about 155 calorie is now ready to serve.
