How to make delicious chicken steak

The recipe is very simple and calls for some very basic ingredients.
To make the chicken steak, the primary ingredients are minced chicken and bread crusts. Using these two basic ingredients, you must first make the chicken steak. Other alternative is to use succulent pieces of chicken breast instead of minced chicken.

Here, the recipe has been explained with regards to the minced chicken. Cook the minced chicken in the microwave for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Once cool, grind it to a very fine paste in a mixer. While grinding, do not forget to add a few pepper corns and salt to taste. Now, make about 5 inches long patties of the minced chicken. Rub these in fine breast crust so as to completely cover these. Bake these patties for 20 minutes.

Serve with sautéed vegetables, mashed potato and ketchup. For sautéed vegetables, use one small onion, sliced, a handful of chopped French beans, sliced carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Heat two tablespoons of butter. When hot, add sesame seeds and let these simmer. Now, add onions and fry till they become transparent and appear slightly pink in color. Next add the vegetables and sauté will tender. You may blanch carrots before frying them.

Serve the steak sizzling hot with sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Season the dish with a little salt and ground pepper. If required, serve ketchup to accompany the dish. To add to the pleasure, do not forget to accompany the sumptuous meal with a mug of chilled beer.
