How to Make Chinese Spaghetti and Meatballs

This is a 30 minute meal and is easy to make. It is a healthy food with lean protein, vegetables and the whole grain and is very popular through out the world. Chinese invented spaghetti but is now liked by people across the globe.. The following tips may help you to make Chinese spaghetti and meatballs.

Tips to Make Meatballs

1.    Take a large bowl and add one pound chicken or pork or you can use a combination of both. Then add one whole egg and two egg whites to the bowl.

2.    Then take two cups of puffed rice and crush them in to a consistency of bread crumbs and mix these rice crumbs with the chicken and egg mixture.

3.    To the bowl add quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper, two finely chopped scallions and one finely minced clove garlic. Now add half teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoon soy sauce to the above mixture.

4.    Mix the entire ingredients well and make balls of one and a half inch size. Arrange the balls on a sheet pan and spray cooking oil over the pan and on the balls. Then roast the balls for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Tips to Make Chinese Spaghetti

1.    Take some water in a microwave safe bowl and boil the water and then add one pound whole wheat pasta and cook it along with little salt till al dente. Once it gets cooked then drain the excess water and save the drained water for future use.

2.    Keep a frying pan on the stove and heat the pan with three tablespoon cooking oil. Take some snow pea and angle slice them and add two cups of this sliced pea in to the frying pan.

3.    Then add thinly sliced one red bell pepper and grates of two inch length ginger to the pan. Cut six scallions in to two inch length and add this in to the pan. Also add finely minced four cloves of garlic and stir the ingredients well.

4.    When the above mixture gets dried then you can add coarsely chopped one pound spinach in to the mixture and make sauté it for a minute.

5.    Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce and one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil.

6.    Now add the reserved spaghetti water in to the pan and stir it for a minute and then the cooked spaghetti. Keep the meat balls over this and garnish it with three tablespoon of toasted seeds of sesame.
