Take a large pot and to this mix two quarts of apple cider, six cups of cranberry juice and ¼ cup of brown sugar. Add six cups of apple cider in to a thick sauce pan and then mix it with ¼ cup of maple syrup. Then spread a cheese cloth on the table top and to this add two cinnamon sticks, six whole cloves, six whole spice berries and peel of one orange and lemon cut in to strips. Then fold the cheese cloth to make bundle and tie the bundle with a string. Now you can hang this spice bundle with the help of this string in to the sauce pan containing cider and maple syrup.
