You need 100 grams of long macaroni, four green chilies, spring onions, three tomatoes, two onions, a small piece of ginger, two cups of boiled mixed vegetables, two stalks of celery, half cup of tomato ketchup, three tablespoons of refined oil, salt, and half tablespoon chili powder. You can choose veggies like beans, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and peas.
For the sauce you need one medium-sized glass of milk, three tablespoons of refined flour, two grated cheese cubes, two tablespoons of butter, pepper, salt, and one egg.
Steps for Making Spicy Pasta
Firstly cook the macaroni by following the instructions on the packet. Then drain it. Steep the fresh tomatoes in hot or boiling water for about five minutes and after that you will easily be able to peel off the skin. Chop the tomatoes finely and keep them away. You need to cut up ginger, spring onions, onions, green chilies, and celery very finely.
