Our heel and feet are often the most neglected parts of the body. Just like your facial and body skin, even your feet need cleansing and moisturizing. Only when you discover the dry and cracked heels do you realize how unkind you have been to your feet. To remove the dead skin cells of your feet, you need a foot scrub for exfoliation. By exposing the new skin concealed behind layers of worn out skin cells, exfoliation helps to make your feet soft and smooth. If it is not possible to visit a pedicurist for a refreshing pedicure, simply prepare a foot scrub at home with easily available ingredients and pamper your feet.
