Home made Mouthwash
Mouthwash will help you to keep your breath fresh. It will also favor the health of the gum and mouth. Instead of going for the chemicals available in supermarkets you can make mouthwash at your home itself. Here are some recipes for making mouthwash.
Mint Rosemary Mouthwash
Take two and a half cup of mineral water or distilled water. To this add one teaspoon fresh mint leaves and one teaspoon rosemary leaves. Also add one teaspoon aniseeds to the water and boil the water and infuse for about 20 minutes. Once the liquid gets cooled strain the liquid and use as your mouthwash. If you want to make this mouthwash in bulk then add one teaspoon myrrh which is a natural preservative.
Get one cup of water and to this add half cup of plain drinking soda. Then add four teaspoon vegetable glycerin, one teaspoon aloe vera gel and ten drops of lemon essential oil. Mix the entire contents well by shaking it in a bottle. Take care to avoid fresh lime juice on your teeth.
Baking Soda Mouthwash
Add Â¼ teaspoon of sea salt or baking soda to two ounce of water. To this add one drop of tea tree oil and pure peppermint oil. Combine the mixture well and use it for washing your mouth. This will help you to get rid of the bad breath while providing a refreshing and mint taste in your mouth.
Take six ounce of water and to this add two ounce of vodka, four teaspoon glycerin and one teaspoon aloe vera gel. Boil the entire contents and then allow it to cool. Once the mixture gets cooled then add 15 drops of spearmint essential oil and mix well. Store this mixture in a bottle with a tight cap.
Mix a glass of luke warm water with one tablespoon salt and use this water to wash your mouth.
Take four ounce of vodka in a bottle and to this add drops of essential oils like 10 drops of fennel oil, 2 drops of thyme, 1 drop of chamomile and 10 drops of grape fruit. Shake the bottle well till the oils get dissolved. Now use three teaspoon of this mouthwash with half glass of luke warm water and use it to rinse your mouth.
