Gluten free banana bread
To make gluten free banana bread, you need a cup of bean flour, half a cup of tapioca flour, a cup of corn flour, four ripe bananas, four tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil, half a cup of sugar, one egg, one teaspoon of cream of tartar, half teaspoon of xanthum gum, one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Method of preparation
Mash the bananas. In a bowl add the sugar, butter and egg and whisk them until the ingredients become fluffy. In a separate large bowl, add the bean flour, tapioca flour, corn flour, cream of tartar, xanthum gum, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt. Blend the ingredients well. Now add the egg and sugar mixture and blend the ingredients. Next add the mashed banana and vanilla and mix the ingredients to form a smooth batter. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit temperature. Pour the bread mixture on a greased baking tray and bake the bread for about an hour. Your gluten free banana bread is now ready to savor.
Gluten free cake
To make gluten free cake, you need one cup of rice flour, one cup of bean flour, half a cup of soft butter, one cup of castor sugar, two eggs, one teaspoon of xanthum gum, half a teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of vanilla, nuts, strawberries and blueberries.
Method of preparation
Mix the sugar and butter in a bowl. In a large bowl, add rice flour, bean flour, baking soda, xanthum gum, and eggs. Blend the ingredients well. Add the sugar and butter mixture to the flour mixture and mix the ingredients. Mash the fruits. Add the mashed fruits, nuts and vanilla to the cake batter. Pour the batter on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Now lower the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 1 Â½ hours.
