Fusion Garage Launches JooJoo Internet Tablet

JooJoo internet tablet Do you remember CrunchPad? The internet tablet that we were expecting to see this festive season has arrived with a new name – JooJoo. Developed by the Singapore based Fusion Garage, JooJoo is available for preorder from the official site of the product, thejoojoo.com.

JooJoo internet tablet features
The specifications of JooJoo are similar to the ones we were expecting to see on the CrunchPad internet tablet. Weighing 1.1 kg, this upcoming internet tablet has a sleek and slim form. The 12.1 inches multi-touch capacitive display comes with widescreen viewing format, 1366 x 768 pixels resolutions and fingerprint resistant coating. Fusion Garage has incorporated the Intel Atom Z530 processor and the GMA 500 graphics chip in this tablet PC. It will come with 1 GB RAM and 4 GB of internal storage space. The hardware included in JooJoo will allow you to connect to the internet from anywhere.

However, the browser-based operating system is a serious drawback of the internet tablet. You can connect the internet tablet to a Bluetooth headphone. JooJoo could work in any Wi-Fi hotspot. The accelerometer integrated in the display will allow you to switch between landscape and portrait views. The USB port of the JooJoo internet tablet will enable users to connect the tablet PC to a keyboard or mouse. If you don’t want to carry physical keyboards, simply use the virtual keyboard of JooJoo for your typing tasks. The display of the internet tablet is equipped with ambient light sensor, which will adjust the brightness of the display automatically to support optimal viewing. With the capacitive display, ambient light sensor and the high-definition video support, you can expect to view sharp and crisp images comparable to images viewed on the screen of your desktop PC.

The battery of the tablet PC will support up to five hours of internet use on Wi-Fi connectivity. JooJoo also comes with integrated speakers, charger port, microphone and 3.5mm headset jack.
