With Fujifilm’s newly launched FinePix Z300, it no longer matters if you don’t have Sony Ericsson’s Satio cell phone. The touchscreen LCD display of FinePix Z300 will be the first such display to be featured on a stand-alone digital camera.
Fujifilm FinePix Z300 has borrowed the popular touchscreen feature of smart phones. It flaunts a 3-inch LCD touchscreen. Snapping photos will not even require pushing buttons. The easy to shoot feature of this latest Fujifilm camera will enable users to snap pictures simply by pointing and touching your preferred area of the image on the touchscreen display.
The automatic face detection mechanism will allow automatic detection of up to ten different facial expressions. The touch-focus control enables users to select focus, by touching the preferred point on the touchscreen of the camera. The touch–set feature allows you to select and control the different setting of the camera via the touchscreen interface. You can view the images on the display by touching and sliding the display in playback mode.
Fujifilm FinePix Z300 is a 10-megapixel camera with 5.7x optical zoom. It has 31MB internal memory. Memory could be expanded with SD and SDHC memory card. Still images could be captured with 100 to 1600 ISO speed.
You can print stunning pictures with the help of PictBridge photo printing support feature of the camera. Fujifilm FinePix Z300 could record VGA video accompanied by mono WAV audio at a speed of 30fps.
Up to 100 thumbnails of images will be displayed at a time on the touchscreen. This will help users to select the picture of their choice.
The sleek and slim design of the camera makes it easy to be carried in your shirt pocket. Fujifilm FinePix Z300 measures 3.7inches (W) x 2.25inches (H) x Â¾ inch (D). It weighs about 150 grams. It will be available in white pearl, purple, black and pink or gold colors. The price of the camera will be around $400.
