Many people have hanging cheeks that gives them aged look. This is because with age your cheek muscles lose its elasticity and strength and it begins to hang. While some other people have chubby cheeks that may alter their face size and shape, many others have wrinkles and lines on their cheeks. All these may give you an aged look. In order to get rid of these problems from your face many of you may choose cosmetic surgery but you can correct these problems with simple exercises. Here are some cheek exercises that may help you to keep your cheek soft, smooth and in shape.



Exercise for Cheeks

Exercise 1



You have to sit straight and comfortably and then close your mouth. Now you need to fill your mouth with air. Then push the air beneath the upper lip and hold it there for 10 seconds. Slowly shift the air towards the right cheek and keep it there for 10 seconds and then move the air towards the left cheek. Then shift the air towards the lower lip and then blow out the air. Hold each posture for about 10 seconds and repeat the entire exercise for about 5 times.

Exercise 2




Sit up straight with your mouth closed and relaxed. Now use your cheek muscles to pout and pucker the lips. Hold the puckered posture of your lips till you count 10 and then move to the pout posture and relax. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.

Exercise 3

Try to be relaxed with your lips remained closed and suck the cheeks inwards and towards the teeth. Maintain the posture till you count 10 and then come back to the normal posture. Duplicate this exercise for 10 times.

Exercise 4

Maintain your lips in closed position while doing this exercise and smile as wide as you can. If possible touch the ears with the corners of your mouth. Now crease the nose so that the cheek muscles will move upwards. Maintain this posture for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat it for 10 times.

Cheek exercises help you to increase the blood circulation towards the cheek and thus help to nourish the cheeks. This in turn improves the strength and elasticity of the cheek muscles and thus maintains the correct shape. This imparts a charming look to you.
