Hair falls are common and the old and dead hairs fall out to boost the new growth. Sometimes certain conditions like pregnancy, seasonal effect etc may leads to hair fall. But if you have immense hair fall that makes your hair thin, then you need to take extra care. Here are some tips that help you to control your hair fall.

Oil

Oils like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil etc are found to have great power to control hair fall. You can practice a hot oil massage at least thrice in a week with any of these oils. A steam treatment after having a hot oil massage adds more strength to the hair. Otherwise apply drops of oil on your wet hair after washing the hair as it helps the oil to penetrate to the hair strands and thus helps you to strengthen the hair.



Leave-in Conditioner

If you have a dry and brittle hair or if your hair is breaking easily then apply a leave-in conditioner on your hair. Use a wide toothed comb to brush the hair so that the conditioner will spread to each and every strand. This will help you to regain the moisture level on the hair and also helps you to detangle the hairs with out breaking the strand. Conditioning may help you to rejuvenate the hair and also improves the texture of your hair.




Egg

Beat an egg and mix it with two tablespoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture on your head and leave it for half an hour. Then wash off the mixture with cold water and if you are using hot water then the egg gets cooked in between the hairs and it becomes very difficult to remove it. After shampooing apply a leave-in conditioner. Egg helps you to strengthen the hair and at the same time egg yolk can impart shining to your hair.

While doing all these you have to take foods which are rich in vitamins and minerals and drink plenty of water. This will help you to reduce the hair fall and improve the strength of your hair.
