Take three and a half cups of coarsely grated zucchini and keep it in a colander mixed with little salt. Allow it to be there for fifteen minutes and then transfer it to a muslin cloth. Then squeeze the excess liquid from the zucchini gratings.



Take 13 cup of flour in a bowl and to this add three lightly beaten eggs, 23 cup of grated parmesan cheese, two tablespoon freshly chopped basil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients well with the zucchini gratings. If the dough obtained in soggy then you can add more flour.

Now get a pizza pan and grease it with little butter. Spread this dough on the pan and bake it at a temperature of 350 degree F for about 20 minutes or till the top of the dough becomes dry with a light brown color. Take the dough out of the oven and then you can add the required sauce and pizza toppings. Again you need to bake the pizza for about twenty minutes at a temperature of 350 degree F. now you pizza id ready to serve.

You can also make the pizza dough in an easiest way. For this you need to take a cup of water and mix it with two teaspoon honey and one teaspoon salt. Then add one teaspoon yeast and mix the entire mixture well and keep it for 10 minutes. Then add three and a half cups of flour and two tablespoon olive oil to the water honey mixture and blend them well. Knead the dough well till you get a smooth and soft ball. Keep the dough in large bowl for about an hour and by this time the dough will rise and then push it down and keep it again for an hour. Then spread the dough in a pizza pan and prick the base with a fork for the air to escape while baking. Now you can add the desired sauce and toppings to the base and bake the pizza for about 25 minutes at 400 degree F or till the crust becomes light brown in colour.
