On the first day of the diet, your menu for the entire day will comprise only of fruits other than banana, cabbage soup, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea and water.

On the second day, your menu will comprise of unlimited cooked or raw fresh vegetables and cabbage soup. Avoid corn, dry beans and peas. For dinner, along with the vegetables, you can have a buttered baked potato.

On the third day, combine the menus of the past two days. However, avoid baked potato.

The menu on the fourth day will comprise of eight bananas and unlimited amounts of skim milk and cabbage soup.

On the fifth day, you can have up to 20 ounces of beef or skinless chicken and up to six fresh tomatoes. You should drink up to 8 glasses of water and have at least one bowl of cabbage soup.

On day six, have unlimited vegetables, soup and beef or chicken.

On the last day of the diet, stuff yourself with brown rice, vegetables, cabbage soup and unsweetened fruit juices.
