Bronchitis is an inflammation that happens with in the bronchial tube of the lungs. Remedies for Bronchitis
Inhaling eucalyptus oil is considered as a good remedy for the inflamed lungs.
Take a cup of linseed and to this add sufficient water to make a moist mass. You can now use this poultice to spread over the areas on the front and back of the chest.
Marshmallow is also considered to be ideal for treating the inflamed lungs. It may also stimulate the immune system. You can make tea with the dried roots of marshmallow by boiling one teaspoon of marshmallow roots in a cup of water for about 10 minutes. Drink at least four cups per day.
The bark of wild cherry is widely used for inhibiting the cough reflex.
Get seven kernels of almonds and make a powder out of it. Then mix this powder with one cup of lemon juice or orange juice. Drink this emulsion daily at night. This may help you to treat bronchitis.
Mix half teaspoon of turmeric powder with half glass of milk. Drink this at least three times a day. If you can take this turmeric milk mixture in empty stomach then it can give you better results.
