A host of stars have stepped out in Berlin, Germany on Thursday night for the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards
Beyonce performed “Sweet Dreams” as part of the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards earlier today.
Beyonce also made a splash on the red carpet in a reflective pink, fitted dress.
