Are you a proud owner of a BlackBerry smartphone? The Waterloo, Ontario, based company Allerta has brought a smart watch for you, which will notify you about calls and messages that keep pouring in your BlackBerry device. The stunning BlackBerry accessory, named inPulse, is the first BlackBerry connected smart watch in the world.
This smart watch connects wirelessly to your BlackBerry phone through Bluetooth connectivity. With an inPulse watch tied to your wrist, you need not fumble with your BlackBerry handset in search of incoming messages. By a simple glance at the display of your watch, you can check the latest messages and emails. Moreover, this Allerta smart watch will prevent you from missing a call. This smart watch has an integrated vibrating motor, which will vibrate as soon as a call arrives on your BlackBerry handset. In addition, you can personalize the features of the inPulse smart watch. Users need not bother about adjusting the time on the inPulse watch. The smart watch will automatically access the time from the connected BlackBerry smartphone. From the display and keyboard of your BlackBerry phone you can easily customize the settings of the inPulse smart watch, including customizing alarms, timers, adjusting sleep times and message filters.
The body of the Allerta inPulse smart watch is 51mm long, 38mm wide and 12mm thin. It flaunts a 1.3-inch wide full color OLED display. The entire body of the phone is encased in metal. The 22mm wrist band is interchangeable. To facilitate recharging of the phone battery, a micro USB port is fitted into the body of the smart watch. Allerta inPulse has integrated Bluetooth v2.0 +EDR connectivity. Depending upon usage, the rechargeable lithium ion polymer battery of the watch could provide juice for up to four days. It takes around 30 minutes to recharge the smart watch battery. Before using the Allerta inPulse smart watch for tracking your phone messages, you should install a special application in your BlackBerry handset. InPulse is compatible with all BlackBerry phones that are currently available, including the smartphones running on the BlackBerry 4.3 or above operating systems.
